No-go criteria for Gunung Ledang;

1. Unhealthy patient; mountain acute, heart attack,high risk sickness

2. December to January (rest period for conservation)

3. When the IPU approach over 300

4. Strong wind and thunderstorm - unsuspecting season (immediate closure)

5. Elders over 65 years old and toddlers below 7 years old

* When any those (no.3-4) is happen, the customer can postpone the date or get refundable booking deposit.
